You can book out a meeting room at our Innovation Connect Centres, even if you're not a current member with us
At Portsmouth Technopole and Halpern House we have meeting rooms available with hourly, half day, full day and delegate rates for internal or external clients. The prices below are for external bookings.
You’ll have access to IT equipment such as TVs with HDMI cabling connection as well as pens, flipcharts and coffee machines.
Half day or full day rates
Book a half or full day in our meeting rooms. These are offered as Delegate rates at Portsmouth Technopole.
Halpern House
Half days between 8.30am - 12.30am or 1.00pm and 5.00pm (4 hours) can be booked for between four and nine people, with prices ranging from £42-£60.
A full 8 hour day taking place between 8.30am and 5.00pm can be booked with prices ranging from £72-£95.
Delegate rates at Portsmouth Technopole
Delegate rates are for a minimum of 12 people and can be accommodated for a half day (4 hours), standard day or executive day rate.
Half day delegate package - £15.50 per person
This includes:
- Tea, coffee and water
- WiFi
- IT Equipment
Standard day delegate package - £27 per person
This includes:
- Tea, coffee and water
- WiFi
- IT equipment
- Lunch including options such as sandwiches, sharing platters, salad bowls, vegan and vegetarian options available
Executive day delegate Rate - £35 per person
This includes:
- Tea, coffee and water
- Breakfast including options such as pastries, yoghurts, bagels and fruit
- WiFi
- IT Equipment
- Lunch including options such as sandwiches, sharing platters, salad bowls, vegan and vegetarian options available
Hourly rates
Hourly rates are for short meetings if day rates are unsuitable and can be booked in our Meyer Suite and Bradbury Suite at Portsmouth Technopole from £25 per hour for a six person room. Larger boardroom style meeting rooms that can seat up to 24 people range from £30-£50. This includes unlimited tea, coffee and water.
Halpern House hourly rates range between £12-£18 per hour for meeting rooms that can sit between four and nine people.
