Whether looking at the changing nature of the employer/employee relationship, the responsibility of organisations to act ethically and sustainably, or effective methods used to manage workforces, our research is uncovering novel ways to ensure the success of businesses across the globe.
We publish regularly across academic journals, and enjoy strong links with practitioner bodies, with research collaborations with organisations such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
We produce a regular publication – the HR Bulletin: Research and Practice – with contributions from managers, academics and students, it features research articles for managers and HR practitioners.
